Man, 38, is charged with murder after ‘kind and caring’ man due to get married next year was killed in Tube station attack while on his way home from Notting Hill Carnival

Jeremiah Maximo, 38, of Barking, appeared at Inner London Crown Court via video link today, where he was charged with murder, manslaughter and affray over the death of Thomas Jewitt.
